BUSINESS ANALYST
The Position
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Corporate Planning. The incumbent provides analytical and conceptual expertise; may include transferring financial modeling, business risk assessment modeling and financial & tax planning review into presentable material.
This position will require essential knowledge of analytical and excellent communication skill. The incumbent must also demonstrate a talent for negotiating, to persuade and tact to convince people.

The Person
- Minimum under graduate (S1) – master degree will be prioritize
- Having at least 3 years experiences as Business Analyst, Business Development Specialist or Risk Management Auditor.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Advance in English (both oral and written), computer and presentation skills
- Possess good aptitude and interpersonal skill
- Has solid leadership and team work player

Opportunity for Project Service Head – Teheran

An International Oil Company is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Project Service Head for there operation based in Tehran

Work activities may include, but shall not be limited to the following roles & responsibilities:

  1. General

Advisory role to the Project Services Head of Department

  • Ensure that the Project scheduling, planning, reporting, document control and IT framework and systems meet the project objectives and comply with the Company’s policy and industry best practice.

  1. Written Reports
  • Department Progress Report.
  • Monthly/ Quarterly Project Progress Report.
  • Annual Project Performance/ Progress Report.
  • As Operational requirements dictate.

  1. Meetings To Attend
  • Daily Operations Meeting.
  • Attend monthly HSE meetings.

  1. HSE
  • Comply with the Company’s HSE Policies & Procedures.
  • Emergency Response – refer to Company’s HSEQ Emergency Response Manual.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Advisory role to the Project Services Head of Department

  • Ensure that the systems and resources are in place for accurately tracking, recording and reporting on project progress, committed funds.
  • Provide leadership in planning, scheduling and reporting for the management and technical teams of the project.
  • Coordinate the project level reporting and centralize the function of project document control.
  • Coordinate the process of WPB preparation, submission and obtaining approvals. (Note: budget preparation will be centralized in F&A dept).
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates, and supervisors.
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
  • Review and provide personal development skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of Department Staff.

8. Accountability

Advisory role to the Project Services Head of Department

  • Provide Project planning services (schedule, progress measure, reporting, etc.) and initiate appropriate interventions to support successful delivery of the Project.
  • Timely and accurate progress measurement reports.
  • Timely and quality advisory function provided to management on project strategy, economic analysis.
  • Timely approvals for WPB to keep operation under approved budget to its maximum.

9. Minimum Requirements

Education

  • BS degree in technical or business area. Engineering is a preference.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of Project Management experience, with preference to major projects.
  • Experience in Project Services, Project Controls, or Engineering in upstream oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency with MS Access and MS Project a plus.
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Languages
  • Operations language is English.
  • Experience
  • Experience with Primavera, Hyperion Planning and other Project Documentation software.
  • Arabic Speaker Preferred
