- Coordinate the project level reporting and centralize the function of project document control.
- Coordinate the process of WPB preparation, submission and obtaining approvals. (Note: budget preparation will be centralized in F&A dept).
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates, and supervisors.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
- Review and provide personal development skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of Department Staff.
8. Accountability
Advisory role to the Project Services Head of Department
- Provide Project planning services (schedule, progress measure, reporting, etc.) and initiate appropriate interventions to support successful delivery of the Project.
- Timely and accurate progress measurement reports.
- Timely and quality advisory function provided to management on project strategy, economic analysis.
- Timely approvals for WPB to keep operation under approved budget to its maximum.
9. Minimum Requirements
Education
- BS degree in technical or business area. Engineering is a preference.
Qualifications
- 10 years of Project Management experience, with preference to major projects.
- Experience in Project Services, Project Controls, or Engineering in upstream oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency with MS Access and MS Project a plus.
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Languages
- Operations language is English.
- Experience
- Experience with Primavera, Hyperion Planning and other Project Documentation software.

Basic Purpose:

The purpose of Corrosion Engineer role is to ensure all the COPI
production facilities both offshore and onshore will perform without
disruption/down time due to corrosion by setting-up the system
management, implementing and coordinating all corrosion prevention, CP
monitoring, chemical technology, and material/metallurgy engineering.
•
He/She shall provide consultancies to engineering plant operation and
maintenance to assure the corrosion rates of all the production
facilities are within tolerable/design limits.
Qualification/ Experience:
•
The job requires a person with an engineering degree (S1) preferably in
Chemical/Process, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering with at least
ten (10) years experience in corrosion engineering within the petroleum
or petrochemical industry. Offshore and onshore experiences are
required, as well as environmental (external) and process (internal)
corrosion expertise. A strong knowledge of metallurgy, electrochemistry
and chemicals application are also required. Basic understanding of HSE
theory and application is necessary.
• A good understanding of
